1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfume bottles.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and promotional bundles are non-refundable.
